Plant and Pilot Plant Our plant has glass-lined reactors ranging from 30 to 2000 gallons and stainless steel reactors in sizes up to 2,000 gallons.
We have a full range of support equipment which includes large-scale filtration equipment, forced-air drying ovens, a vacuum-tray drier, a wiped-film evaporator, and most other common support equipment necessary for production of fine organic chemicals in multi-kilogram to multiton quantities.
Our specialized capabilities include low temperature work down to -65°C at reactor scale.
Research and Development Laboratory We perform research and chemical process development in a well equipped lab with four bench top hoods and one walk-in hood with adequate support bench space. Our equipment includes standard laboratory glassware ranging in size from 100-mL to 72-L round-bottom flasks. We will provide laboratory scale custom synthesis up to 1 Kg. Our laboratory capabilities are sufficient to undertake almost any synthetic project which you might present.
Analytical Laboratory Our production and process development work is backed by modern analytical instrumentation. Our analytical facilities include a Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer (FTIR), a 4-solvent gradient high performance liquid chromatography system (HPLC), a capillary gas chromatography system (GC), and an ultraviolet-visible spectrometer (UV-VIS). We also have agreements with local facilities to use instrumentation for high field nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), atomic absorbance spectroscopy (AA), ion-coupled plasma spectroscopy (ICP), and elemental analyses, as well as other specialized analytical techniques. Our analytical capabilities are sufficient to undertake almost any problem your project might present.
