| Parish Chemical is located in scenic Utah Valley about 40 miles south of Salt Lake City. Our Vineyard, Utah facility, located on a 2.5 acre site zoned for heavy industry, has about 25,000 square feet for basic research, analytical testing, pilot scale development, and full-scale production. Our plant has glass-lined reactors ranging from 30 to 2000 gallons and stainless steel reactors in sizes up to 2,000 gallons.

| Our business consists of four main segments. The first is our chemical business which currently consists of approximately four hundred chemicals. Our chemicals are generally specialized fine organic compounds which we have learned to produce over the years. A second facet of our business is the production of material for the health food and nutrition industry. The third segment of our business is producing specific products in custom arrangements know as custom synthesis and toll conversions. The final segment of our business involves the production of fuel catalysts. | ||
