All orders are processed promptly and shipment is generally made within 24 hours after product is completed. When complete shipments cannot be made, partial shipments will be made at our discretion and the unshipped items placed on backorder. You will be informed as to the status of your order at the time the item is placed on the backorder list.
Unless you specify the shipping method, we will determine it for you, giving the most expedient and efficient means of transportation. Appropriate charges (such as freight and insurance) will be added to your invoice. Every effort is made to comply with your shipping instructions in accordance with established regulations governing the respective carriers. We reserve the right to ship by alternative means when your instructions cannot be followed, after consultation with you. |
